The Easy Way to Sell Your Wedding Items

No time (or desire!) to run your own stall?

Our Drop & Sell option makes it simple. You bring your items, we sell them for you – and you get paid after the event.

Stress-free, quick, and no heavy lifting on the day!

How It Works – Step by Step

STEP ONE: Sign Up

  • Complete our online Seller Form in advance.

  • Provide your contact details, bank info (secure & GDPR-compliant), and agree to our Seller T&Cs.

    STEP TWO: Drop Off Your Items

    • Bring up to 12 wedding items to the Bath & West Showground (BA4 6QN) on Saturday 18th October 2025 between 12pm–4pm.

    • At drop-off, our team will log each item with:

      • Item description

      • Price you’d like to sell for

      • Lowest offer you’re happy to accept

      • Our fixed 30% commission agreement

  • We Sell for You (Fingers crossed!)

    • Your items will be displayed on our central Preloved Stall.

    • Our team handles all customer queries and sales.

    • No item will be sold without following your agreed pricing rules.

    STEP THREE: After The Event

    • If all your items sell, we’ll contact you during the event so you don’t need to return for collection.

    • If some items remain unsold, you’ll need to collect them either:

      • Sunday 19th October, 3pm–5pm

      • Monday 20th October, 10am–12pm

    • If items are not collected within these times, they will be forfeited to The Big Southwest Wedding Fair team.

    STEP FOUR: Get Paid

    • Your sales will be totalled, minus 30% commission.

    • Payments will be sent via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.

DROP & SELL TERMS & CONDITIONS

⭐ Maximum of 12 items per person (10 table runners counts as 1 item for eg) for Drop & Sell. More than 12 items? Book a Table Top Pitch instead.

⭐ A fixed 30% commission applies to every item sold.

⭐ Unsold items must be collected during the specified times. Any uncollected items will be forfeited.

⭐ Items will only be sold at or above your agreed minimum price.

⭐ Bank details are held securely under GDPR and deleted once payment is complete.

⭐ You will be contacted during or just after the event if all your items sell, so you don’t need to return unnecessarily.
