The Preloved Wedding Boot Fair is all about making weddings affordable, sustainable, and stress-free.

Weddings can cost a fortune, and many items are only used once before being tucked away or thrown out. We’re changing that. At our fair, couples can:

Make money by selling their own wedding treasures and giving them a second life.
Help the planet by reducing waste and keeping wedding items out of landfill.

Option One: Table Top Pitch – book your own stall, set up your items, and keep 100% of your sales.

Option Two: Preloved Drop-Off – don’t want the hassle? Drop your items off to us, we’ll sell them for you (30% commission applies).

FAQ’s

  • Standard tickets for 10am entry: Online tickets are £3.00 per person. £4.00 on the door.

    VIP entry: Online tickets are £5 per person. VIP Tickets gains you access 30 minutes prior to standard tickets at 9.30am. £6.00 on the door.

    Entry after 12pm: £1 per person

    Under 16’s: Free.

    Please note: The Big Southwest Wedding Fair event is held on site in the building right next door, at the same time as this event. If you wish to attend both events, tickets will need to be bought separately. Purchasing Preloved Wedding Boot Fair tickets does not gain you access. You can purchase tickets for this event seperately here.

  • The Preloved Wedding Boot Fair is hosted by The Big Southwest Wedding Fair team on the same weekend as The Big Southwest Wedding Fair.

    They are NOT in the same building, but are right next to each other with individual entrances.

    Psst, a little secret…. Once you’ve booked your tickets for The Preloved Wedding Boot Fair, you will receive a discount code for the BSWWF event in your confirmation email! :)

  • Yes, table bookings for sellers are on a first come, first served basis. It’s advisable to secure your spot early to ensure participation.

    Tickets wise, VIP tickets are limited especially, so be sure to book in ASAP!

    The Preloved Wedding Boot Fair provides a platform for newlyweds to sell their wedding items, but we are not responsible for the quantity, type, or availability of items on the day. All purchases are first-come, first-served, and availability may vary throughout the event.

  • The event is held inside so will be great for all weathers. please note, there is no heating inside the building, so be sure to bring layers.

  • This event is for preloved items only. We are currently not accepting business owners at the event. If you wish to sell old stock for a permanently closed business on the basis of NOT advertising any business, then please contact the team before booking in to ensure your items fall under our terms and conditions.

  • Expect a wide range of price points at the Preloved Wedding Boot Fair. Items can vary from budget-friendly finds to higher-end pieces, ensuring there’s something for every budget.

    Ps. Be sure to bring cash as not all stalls will have access or use of card machines.

  • Most of the stall holders will be couples like yourself and not business owners, so most will not have access to card machines so we advise that you bring cash.

    There are cash machines on site the Showground, but the team cannot guarantee access or if they are working at the time of the event, so bring cash in case :)

  • Yes, there is free parking on site.

  • Yes we always ensure the entire venue is fully accessible.

  • Yes, we have disabled parking at the event. Please inform a parking attendant upon arrival of the car park and they will instruct you on where to park.

  • Yes, there is an onsite restaurant at the venue and also some suppliers may be trading with food and drink around the event too.

  • Due to the sheer value of the contents within the building, there are no dog allowed at the event. Guide dogs only.
